I just got back from a great week in Asheville. I’m exhilarated and excited about the women I met and the photos I took. The good news is that I kept everything alive on Facebook over the week, so here are some posts I shared. By the way, are we friends yet? If not, let’s be friends!
I’m still in travel mode so here’s a snippet of the women and the week.
Day 1 Asheville sessions...tears of joy and lots of laughter and smiles. Women showing up, being seen and owning their fucking power!
Big hugs to all of you amazing women who decided to show up and be seen in your businesses and your lives! It was an honor Carrie, Anne and Wendy!!
When you get a hug from a client who tells you that her photo shoot with you changed her life because she has been working so hard at being seen and this experience was exactly what she needed and then as she was looking at her photos during the reveal, she says, ‘oh wow, I love all of these!! I can’t believe it’s me!!’
Day. Fucking. Made.
Anne, you put me to tears this evening and your words and hugs gave truly allowed me to realize the magic I feel doing what I do. Thank you for that gift today!
Day 2 Asheville. Some of my favorites of Tisha, Susan and Laura during our session today in Asheville! The laughter and the joy during a session makes my heart swell.
We talked about intentions and the idea of being open and most importantly, the courage it took to do this for herself. To show up, be seen and be vulnerable -- that is the true magic. I am so proud of you ladies!
Asheville Day 3: When I am able to capture pure joy -- it's that magical moment! And this having been the last session during my time in Asheville this week, it was the perfect moment!! Had so much fun with you Amy...I can't wait to see you kick ass in 2019!!! xoxo
I’m headed to New York to hang out with my kids and celebrate an early holiday! Can’t wait to share pics and more with you next week after I return!
p.s. Did you know I dusted off my Puparzzi Portrait Sessions? I had a blast photographing so cute fur babies at the beginning of my week! Here are a couple images from those sessions!
